Frequently Asked Questions

I try to anticipate questions you might have about my products/services and provide the answers here. If you need additional information send a message via the contact form.

01

"I bought a gun from you.  Now what?"

First, I would like to thank you for your purchase!  Second, I will contact you by email within 24 hours to ascertain if you would like to have your firearm(s) shipped to another Federal Firearms Licensed dealer or if you would like to pick your firearm(s) up.  If you choose to have your firearm(s) shipped to another dealer, I will let you know what is needed in order to complete the transfer (i.e.- cost of shipping to the dealer, dealer's info).  If you prefer to pick your firearm(s) up directly, you will need to set up an appointment to do the transfer.  In any case, I am more than happy to walk you through the process and to make the transfer as painless as possible.

02

"How long does it take to get my order?"

Typically, your order will ship within two to three days after you placed the order.  There are several variables involved with the arrival time of your order.  The shipping company ultimately dictates the amount of time needed until your order arrives, however any problems that I encounter while processing your order will add on to the delivery time.  These "problems" can range from delays setting up the transfer to the FFL dealer of your choice, credit card processing issues, and product availability.  If the instance should arise where your order will be delayed before shipping, I will make every attempt possible to notify you of this delay.  Once your item has shipped, I no longer have control over the delivery time.  If you would have a concern about the expected delivery time after the order has shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company with your questions/concerns.

03

"Can I pick up my order directly from you?"

Due to local ordinances and other personal factors, I can only provide direct pick-ups and face-to-face transfers by appointment only.  Please call, email, or submit your information and request via the Contact form.

04

"Do you do transfers?"

Yes; however, at this time, I am unable to accommodate walk-ins.  If you would like for me to do your transfer, please contact me ahead of time either by phone, email, or through the Contact form to make an appointment.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The transfer fee for ALL guns is $20.00. ($10 for active duty with CAC)

The transfer fee is waived for firearms purchased from me.

"What is 'Arma Tuentur Pacem', and what does it mean?"

Arma Tuentur Pacem is the slogan.  It is Latin for "Arms maintain peace."  I, along with every other firearms dealer, manufacturer, collector, and enthusiast, believe that is our right as law-abiding citizens of the United States of America to own firearms and to protect ourselves with those firearms when that time is presented.  It follows the age-old saying: "An armed society is a polite society."  Basically, when criminals know that their potential victims are armed, they tend to not commit the crime(s) they had intended.
